Dr. Kristofer is a researcher at Linköping University specializing in internet-based treatment and digital mental health. His current work focuses on stakeholder and provider perspectives, particularly the implementation and dissemination of digital interventions for refugee mental health. With nearly 20 years of experience as a psychologist, manager, consultant, author, and researcher, Kristofer has played a key role in advancing digital psychology and integrating internet-based treatment into routine care in Sweden. As the founder of the Association for Digital Psychologists in Sweden, he has contributed extensively to the field, authoring several books on digital psychology. In recognition of his impact, he was awarded the eMental Health International Collaborative (eMHIC) Award for Leadership Excellence in eMental Health Implementation in 2022.
